How we build an expert twin
Building a twin starts the way any serious portrait does: with time. We sit with the expert for 100+ hours, mapping not just what they know but how they reason — the questions they ask first, the tradeoffs they weigh, the things they refuse to say.
Then we ingest the record: every book, paper, talk, and interview. The twin answers from that corpus and cites it, so nothing is invented and everything is traceable.
The part people underestimate is review. The expert reads how the twin thinks, sets its guardrails, and signs off. Nothing goes live on their name until they’re satisfied it would say what they’d say.
It’s slow on purpose. A twin that isn’t faithful isn’t worth building.
